The fee is not the whole cost. Paid Fee Challan (As per the area of land) carries its own cost on top.

  2. Authority Letter from the Owner in case of Owner is not appearing in person, On simple paper/ On letter head if it is a company or firm
  3. Registry/Fard/Allotment Letter & Possession Letter
  4. Affidavit on Rs.500 Stamp Paper
  5. Form A,B from Architect
  6. Signed Photographs of Site with GPS Coordinates (min one)
  7. Copies of Map, Ammonia Prints 04 CopiesCopies: 4 Copies
  8. PDF File of Map (Soft Copy)
  9. Paid Fee ChallanCost: As per the area of land
