  4. Affidavit on Rs.500 Stamp Paper
  5. Form A,B from Architect
  6. Signed Photographs of Site with GPS Coordinates (Min one Photograph))
  7. Copies of Map (Ammonia Print 04 Copies)Copies: 4 Copies
