Rs. 5,000(i) Town Fee 1%, CVT 2%, Stamp Duty 3% of the property value & 1000/- only / Bank deposit (ii) Executive Fee - PKR 5,000/- Only / Bank Deposit Instructions of Issuance of Property Registry Service Fee Service fee is charged according to the issued challan form.
Delivery time
The Issuance of Property Registry takes place on the same day.
Payment
The fee will be paid by the applicant through a Bank challan issued by the department.
